A Practice That Refuses to Stand Still
AffiniDerm began in 2018 as Desired Couture: House of Beauty, a mobile hair and makeup service built by two people who refused to do anything halfway. In 2024, that same partnership became AffiniDerm, a name built around a deeper conviction: that skin health, artistry, and well-being were never separate disciplines to begin with.
Our home on Flamingo Road has been built the same way we build a treatment plan: deliberately, and around what actually matters. Every device in the room earned its place. Every certificate on the wall was sat for. It is still growing, and so are we.
Meet the owners
Jonathan & Xan Clancy-Nelson · Co-Owners, AffiniDerm
Jonathan and Xan have been creating together since long before AffiniDerm had a name. What began with beauty in 2018 evolved into a shared vision for an aesthetic clinic where expertise feels personal, results never come at the expense of individuality, and everyone has a place in the room.
Jonathan, better known as Skinsei, leads the clinical side with precision, curiosity, and an education-first approach to skin. Xan brings the creative and strategic eye, shaping the experience, the brand, and where AffiniDerm goes next.
Different strengths. One shared standard. And, occasionally, a spirited debate over the smallest detail.

AffiniDerm is owned and operated by a couple who have spent their careers in rooms where people are told what they should want. We do not work that way. Every plan here starts from what you actually want for yourself, and nothing about your identity is treated as a question to be answered before we begin.
That includes aesthetic goals through a gender transition, facial and body hair concerns, and keeping skin healthy while it changes. Bring the goal. We will tell you honestly what we can do, what we cannot, and what it will take.
